We were rudely asked to leave after just 10 minutes with the excuse of a private event, even though the invitation on Instagram made no mention of a guest list. Anything but inclusive, with poor English. The reason for such disrespectful behavior was unclear.
I’ve been here numerous times in my time, and I have seen some questionable behaviours from the guards, but never had a problem with them until last night. I’m sober by choice, so too drag me of the dance floor because I’ve had to much too drink is beyond stupid. I tried to talk to this police academy reject that I was not drunk , but he would have none of it. When we got outside I asked his colleague why I was being asked to leave, he said it was I was limping and that was why. I had to amputate my right foot some years ago an that I why I’m limping, but he said he didn’t make the rules. Do not go here unless you like the be physically handled by a rude bouncer. Worst night ever
Great music and dance venue however, the heterosexual security staff was somewhat disappointing. Thankfully the lesbian DJ was able to control security staff.
Meeting with the guards at the entrance was an absolutely terrible experience. He just didn't let me in for no reason. He said I was too drunk which was absolutely not true, without exchanging a word with me. I asked for the manager but they ignored me. It was super weird. I expected a super nice dance night, but the rawest feeling that remains is disappointment.
After paying the entrance (without a drink), I ordered 2 drinks a day, very nice girls and everything was fine, the 3rd time I asked a waiter who refused to give me a little more Coca Cola (from a plastic bottle) and He wanted to charge abusively for that extra, I told him that it was very expensive and not only did he deny me the drink but he kicked me out of the bar without getting my entry fee back.
My husband and I had an absolute blast here. We arrived earlier in the night (around 10:30 or 11) and had no problems getting in as Americans without our passports. There was no line but inside we were greeted by a lively crowd. Each bar space is very different so you can get whatever kind of experience you're looking for - dancing, hanging out, disco, you name it! Also loved the diversity of people inside.
Me and my friend visited this place. Everything was seriously wrong. We waited in line for almost an hour at this moment our party vibe kind of already died. We enter after paying 150 Norwegian kroner (NOK) for entrance per person plus 40 NOK for wardrobe per person at a super rude and unfriendly staff in the wardrobe. The are multiple three dance floors which one of them were completely empty and two where half empty. Which makes no sense cause we just waited almost an hour in line. This is for surely first and last time I will ever visit this place again! The one star is for the DJ’s that we're alright. 👎🏽
Very long queue and then it’s not allowed to enter without a physical id. A digital document is not valid. Zero points It’s 2022 guys have you heard about internet and digital identity?
power-hungry guard did not let us in at 10 pm on a THURSDAY. none of us were drunk, pointed out one of us he claimed was drunk. most likely transphobically directed.
Be aware of aggressive guards! They may use physical power completely unprovoked. Very unpleasant experience :(
