Hotel Marina Club is a mainstream gay-friendly hotel at Szafarnia 10, right by the yacht marina on the Motława river in central Gdańsk. It isn't a gay venue. Its draw is location: Długie Pobrzeże, the Crane and Długi Targ in the Main Town are a few minutes' walk away across the river. Google reviews average 4.6 from over 500 ratings, which is a strong score for the city. Book ahead in July and August, when the Old Town is at its busiest with summer visitors and the St Dominic's Fair. Gdańsk has a small gay scene, with a couple of bars in and around the Main Town.

Fantastic hotel. Seriously. Once again, I'm reporting the lack of a special 6th star. Business trip. Everything was top-notch: - We walked into reception and there was a stack of pre-printed room cards waiting for us. 👌 No lines, no stress, no waiting. Is it possible? YES. 👍 Besides: - incredibly delicious dinners, - good breakfasts, - huge rooms. Seriously. These are apartments, not hotel cubicles. And the view from the 9th floor. 😍 And even more stunning from the rooftop bar. 👌 AWESOME. 🎇 I wholeheartedly recommend it. 🫸🫷 ====== Update June 2026: We came here for the second time as a team. 👌 That alone should be a very strong recommendation. Once again, the hotel performed admirably. 🏆
