Betmanowska Main Square Residence

What makes this hotel is really its staff. The front desk and drivers are amazing. Cannot say enough good things about them. The location is also hard to beat. Would have liked a few more amenities in the room (conditioner, qtips, etc.) but otherwise was an amazing experience.

The most wonderful hotel!!! Beautiful rooms with a whirlpool bathtub are simply amazing!!! The view of the market square is priceless. The location is 100% perfect. The service is top-notch. I recommend it to everyone.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Beautiful room. Great staff. Had some issues with lights in our room and staff were so quick to get it looked at for us. Would absolutely recommend and will absolutely be back.

An exceptional stay at the Betmanowska Square Residence. Ideally located in the heart of Krakow's Old Town. Breathtaking views of the main square. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, public transport... The room is a cozy haven with an exceptional jetted bathtub, perfect for relaxing after long walks in Krakow. Coffee machine and complimentary soda in the refrigerator. The breakfast is generous and of high quality. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very quiet (April). A top-notch address not to be missed.

Great hotel that is right on the main square. It was magical to hear the church bells and the famous trumpet from the nearby church. The staff is great and welcoming and the breakfast is a great start for the day. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.

This is an authentic traditional style hotel the staff are polite courteous and super helpful the location is magnificent and the local cherry vodka tipple is tremendous

Excellent location, friendly staff, and a generous breakfast. The hotel is highly recommended. We had a room on the 4th floor. The only drawback was the worn-out mattresses – but we still had a very restful stay.

A hotel in the heart of the old town with all the sights at your feet, the hotel is very beautiful, with very good service, nice breakfast, clean room (a bit small) and clean bathroom, the basics I ask for in a hotel. If I were to go to Krakow again it would be my first choice again

ENG: Excellent hotel located right on Krakow's main square. Our room was truly amazing: a private jacuzzi and a complimentary minibar, a combination that made our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money is excellent. I had read some reviews that said it was impossible to open the windows or adjust the air conditioning, but with the right precautions, we were able to do both without any problem. Our view of the square was stunning, and the breakfast was very good, generous, and well-stocked. The only thing to consider—not related to the hotel—is that, being on the square, noise can be heard until late at night. However, it didn't bother us at all. Overall, a truly pleasant stay.
