Toxic environment, they don't know how to treat customers, lack of cordiality, respect, and basic common sense; the customer has no say, much less a voice. They treat customers aggressively, in the literal sense of the word; they should close their doors, it would be a favor they would be doing!

Very aggressive atmosphere. I felt very bad about the lack of attention from the lady who works at the bar. She yelled at me and was extremely rude. The smoking area is in the same space as the darkroom, making it impossible to enjoy the place comfortably. The smell is very unpleasant. In addition, there are some individuals who spend all their time offering drugs. It's not part of my lifestyle. I don't consider it a suitable place to meet people; many seem completely disconnected from reality.

Today I write with profound sadness, disappointment, and indignation about a situation I experienced in a space that for many years I considered a place of welcome, conviviality, and safety. For about six years I frequented Construction. Throughout that time, I created memories, met people, and always believed I was in an environment where respect and diversity were fundamental values. Therefore, what happened recently was even more painful for me. I was the target of a situation that I consider unacceptable and that I never imagined experiencing within an establishment I frequented for so many years. I felt disrespected, humiliated, and deeply shaken by events that, in my perspective, exceeded all limits of the treatment any client deserves to receive. My greatest outrage is not only about what happened at that moment, but about the breach of trust I felt. When we choose to frequent a space, especially a space that presents itself as inclusive and welcoming, we do so because we believe we will be safe and treated with dignity. When that expectation is shattered, it leaves a feeling that is difficult to describe. For years I supported this establishment with my presence, recommended it to friends, and participated in its history as a customer. I never imagined that one day I would be writing these words to express my profound disappointment. I am not publishing this text out of revenge or a desire to fuel conflict. I do so because I believe that serious situations should not be ignored. Respect for people should always exist, regardless of who they are, their position, or the circumstances of the moment. I sincerely hope that the events that occurred are analyzed with the seriousness they deserve and that no other person has to go through a similar experience. We all have the right to have fun, socialize, and frequent leisure establishments without fear, intimidation, or any form of aggression. Today I leave here my repudiation, my sadness, and my profound disappointment. After six years of trust, I never thought I would leave this place with such a heavy feeling. Respect, safety, and dignity should never be optional. They are everyone's rights.

Had a good night but they are scammers. They don’t have a set price for alcohol. We bought the same drinks all night but the prices changed each time. There was a difference of €10 between the drinks we bought at 3am and 4am. Had a good night but won’t go back because of this
