We had an excellent stay of one week at Hampton by Hilton. I have nothing but the best to say honestly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and the service was excellent 👌 A particular shout out to Ionela and Maria for going the extra mile both with help for a couple of hours later checkout as well as sharing charging cables which I had forgotten. I also liked the location of the hotel having everything at a short walking distance simplifying seeing the city significantly. I would most definitely visit again! 10/10 for me
We organized an event in one of the hotel's conference rooms and were very satisfied. The room was well equipped, clean and impeccably prepared, and the staff was professional and very friendly. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it for organizing events and conferences
The rooms are spotlessly clean, breakfast is quite good for Hampton Hilton averages, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a 10-minute walk to Cluj city center. Parking is paid and costs 600 lei per day.
I felt extremely comfortable here. The entire staff, whether cleaning staff, receptionists, or the ladies in the kitchen... everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating.
