This is the place to be. I've been coming here for years and it keeps getting better and better.

Great location very good apartment clean and comfortable

Old furniture, inefficient staff, dirty, and awful buffet food. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The only redeeming feature is the location, and in the mornings you can hear the staff working right in front of the parking lot.

The hotel's entertainment team is excellent. They are all very friendly, and Jota and Inma deserve special mention. They do a fantastic job. Keep it up!

The cleanliness and excellent service at reception were noteworthy. However, the apartments are short on electrical outlets. One of our blinds broke on New Year's Eve, leaving us in complete darkness throughout the night and New Year's Day as there was no maintenance. The terrace was wonderful with unbeatable views, but the broken blind prevented us from enjoying it much.

We always go there, we love it—the food, the location, the prices... The only thing I would improve is the facilities; they need a bit of renovation. I've been going for 20 years, and the furniture and rooms are a little run-down. Otherwise, it's perfect. But that's something that definitely needs improvement.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I stayed for five nights, and there were cockroaches all over the buffet floor. Then, in the room, there were also cockroaches in the bathrooms and throughout the room. It was very old and needs renovation and better cleaning. I don't recommend it at all. But the food was good, if you didn't think about the cockroaches.
