The hotel is good, well located, and the receptionist was very helpful in finding it! When we arrived at the room, the air conditioning was on and the room was freezing! 20º is cold! The bed was comfortable, but we only had a very thin duvet, and since there is no top sheet, the blanket we put on was always slipping off our shoulders. The bathroom lacks clothes hangers (there are hangers for sheets inside the shower) and a footstool to put your feet on while you clean yourself... The bar is not open at dinnertime, and the hotel does not have a restaurant. You have to go out to eat.
A lovely hotel, in a great location. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, very quiet and comfortable. The air conditioning is very effective and we had a beautiful view over the pool and garden area. The staff were friendly and attentive. This is our chosen hotel whenever we visit Girona.
Really enjoyed our 2 night stay before a wedding. The location is right in the old town and excellent walkable distance to everything. The rooms are comfortable and modern and the pool area was lovely. However what made our stay was the incredibly helpful staff, they went over and above to assist us with directions, information and taxis etc etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we will definitely be back.
