What a spectacular place! We'll definitely be back! It's so beautiful, and both Laura and Bea are lovely. Special mention to Bea, who treated us incredibly well, providing a super interesting conversation about places to visit and attending to us with such kindness. Thank you so much for everything; we enjoyed every aspect of our stay: the views, the room with its unique bathroom, the breakfast, and the walks.
They lack seriousness and integrity. They are not trustworthy.
We chose the farmhouse as the venue for our wedding and want to denounce the lack of ethical and professional commitment of Rocío, the event planner, since she abandoned us and signed a contract with another couple when we had already reserved and agreed to a verbal agreement. Communication has been anything but smooth from the very beginning. She was neither receptive nor available to meet us via video call or phone to help us personalize the details. After much effort, we managed to see the property in February and wanted to pay the deposit at that time, which they wouldn't allow. She assured us with a promise not to worry because the reservation was ours. She told us she would send us the contract by email along with the bank account number, but nothing ever arrived. When two months passed and we hadn't heard anything, we decided to call her and arrange a meeting. She didn't show up without any explanation. She didn't even call to apologize, and when we sent her an email, she replied that the property had already been booked with another couple. We called him to ask for an explanation, but he offered no help and didn't clarify what happened. Since no money was involved, we can't file a formal complaint, but we can certainly document this person's lack of humanity and ethics. I hope the company's management will take action.
We spent a night at La Loma and it was a fantastic experience! It's a spectacular place, with breathtaking views, a truly magical spot. But without a doubt, the best part was the two girls who looked after us, both at reception and at breakfast. They were so kind and incredibly attentive. They are the heart and soul of La Loma. Thank you, ladies! We'll be back! 😊
