Paying 18 euros for entry is a waste of money; it's not worth it at all. If you're looking for a decent place, this isn't it. It's a deplorable place, full of people using drugs who even try to sell you illegal substances. The atmosphere is disgusting: it's dirty, cold, and the air is unbreathable because they never ventilate. It's common to see people completely unconscious from drug abuse. The police have to come constantly because of the chaos inside. The facilities are a disaster: broken and cold showers, saunas that are turned off, and there's no jacuzzi. Calling this a "sauna" is a mistake; it's a degraded and dangerous place. Don't waste your money or put your safety at risk.

They protect people who sell sweets, and the waiter with tickets, who usually wears a cap, goes into the bathroom with the customers....

One star is already too much! I'm kicking myself for not checking the reviews beforehand. It's not a spa or a sauna. Just a sex club. The hammam and sauna are out of service. No baths. Uninteresting.

I didn’t particularly enjoy my visit. Although the venue itself is quite spacious, there were only around seven or eight visitors at the time, and they were not really the type that appealed to me. The atmosphere also felt rather cold. The music was playing quite loudly, which I found somewhat uncomfortable. Of course, this may well have been due to the specific day and time of my visit. It might be a good idea to ask the polite and rather handsome young man at the door, or perhaps consult local guides, before going. Nevertheless, thank you.

A super cool place to relax, and they have an employee named Frank who is incredibly nice. I felt well taken care of, very well looked after, and above all, he's charismatic and dedicated to his work. My congratulations on having Frank as an employee. I could see how attentive he is to every customer and how he helps you when you have any problems… Frank is the best of all!

The staff is incredibly difficult, starting with the receptionist, a grumpy and unfriendly guy. You can tell he hates his job. The place smells of cigarettes and sweat, there's no soap in the restrooms, and there's no one at the bar. When I arrived, he told me I had to work at the bar, so he left me with questions, and then I found out it's self-service. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The staff are mostly older people and made-up young people who don't even respond to a "hello."

I've known you for many years, and I really like you, especially the recent renovation, which was much needed. But please, put hooks in the showers, even if people take them home every day, add more mats, and refurbish more often. It costs very little and is inexpensive. And when there are a lot of people, the cold water is just ridiculous. If you can't manage the capacity, don't let more people in, or install another boiler. The cold water in a sauna is a disgrace. It gives the impression that the owners are very stingy with the entrance fees they charge at both saunas on Cuesta Santo Domingo street. Save, save, save, to earn more, and who pays? The customer. The worst. It's not a sauna at all because it doesn't work, and they don't have a jacuzzi, pool, or steam room—just cabins, that's it. Extremely boring; never, ever go there. I felt ripped off.

Can I be naked all the time, and is the bar open to alcohol? 🙏🙏🙏

The sauna is large and spacious, with good facilities, but inside there's no control or supervision whatsoever. For example, smoking is allowed everywhere. Imagine a closed basement where many people smoke as if nothing's wrong; the air becomes unbreathable, and even the clothes stored in the lockers end up smelling of cigarettes. There's also a fair amount of drug use. The staff is neither friendly nor welcoming.

From the moment you arrive, he makes you feel welcome, and it's clear he cares about ensuring every customer has the best possible experience. His positive attitude and respectful manner make a big difference and create an even more pleasant atmosphere.
