I loved the service; they suggested the best dishes on the menu. Everything was exquisite. The waiters were excellent, very attentive from the moment we arrived, especially Jessica and Carlota. Overall, a 10 out of 10. I'll definitely be back; the place is spectacular.

I visited with my friend for 6 nights for what ended up being the most fantastic stay. The hotel has a beautiful decor and chilled vibe with a stunning pool area... it all feels brand new and boutique style. The majority of the staff were absolutely fantastic, special shout out to Monika in the pool bar/restaurant who served us daily and at poolside with a cheeky smile and super friendly attitude. The breakfast was amazing with everything and more you could possibly wish for, including show cooking where you can request specific items like pancakes or bespoke omelets. I booked the hotel due to the fact we wanted to explore Valencia but be based by the sea. It was wonderful to be by the sea but the sand was a bit bitty with debris and stones so we stayed by the pool the entire time, which truly was sensational. The local area has several little eateries, a marina and a handful of market style cabins on the promenade. We ate and drank in a number of different establishments, all super good. We visited a gorgeous peaceful marina by Uber that was recommended on the Hotel app. Little Venice was the vibe - absolutely stunning away from the Tourist areas. We only ventured into Valencia one day in the end as we covered the Old Town and wanted to get back to the peace and tranquility of the Hotel. There is also a beautiful Roof Terrace open in the evenings (weather permitting) sometimes with DJ... Simply Fabulous!!!! There were a few minor things that didn't quite work out... on arrival at 11pm I asked about any food options at the check in and was told everything was closed but maybe could order an Uber Eats. The following day after reading the welcome pack we discovered we could have ordered 24/7 Room Service. But at least we were ravenous for the fabulous spread at breakfast. On the 2nd night we asked to book a table in the restaurant and was told they could only accommodate us at 7.30pm which was too early but we accepted. However, when the evening came, we were the only 2 people in the place for an hour and I queried it with one of the waitresses who simply said they had more people coming at 8.30. We couldn't understand why we couldn't have had an 8pm booking and the waitress couldn't explain why either, other than the capability of the kitchen. At 8.30 people did arrive but there were still many empty tables. Lastly - this kind of was an issue... we were two ladies with a wide collection of dresses for our stay and the wardrobe consisted of two rails that only allowed the length of a shirt. The design of everything was top class but felt this was a bad oversight for ladies clothing. All our dresses were creased up - not a nightmare but a crazy design flaw. The rest of the personal touches in the room were a welcome treat - slippers, little bag of essentials in the bathroom and even a sun hat. Overall... we had the most fabulous time in a beautiful place and would highly recommend. Thank you!!!

We had drinks on the terrace yesterday and it was amazing. The views and surroundings are spectacular. Blanca served us; she's lovely and very professional. We'll be back this summer.
