The entertainers and staff were excellent.

Good morning... three friends and I came here and we had a really great time. The service from all the staff was fantastic, but I have to highlight the entertainment team, who are phenomenal, especially Roberto, Johana Medina, Valentina, and of course Jaime, who is a young man with an amazing personality and a true professional. It's a shame, though, because for us the food was terrible. Besides having little variety, the food left much to be desired; everything was overcooked and dry. That would be the only reason I wouldn't return. Another thing we really didn't like was that the bathrooms are quite far from the common areas.

The hotel itself is nice but I missed the children's program. There is a playroom that is only open at 6:00 PM which is a bit of an unfortunate time because many children could spend the night there instead of waiting for their parents to eat. Outside the playroom there were no activities with animators or any children's program. Only for adults and relatively late. However, the overall impression is very positive and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, very nice, helpful, always willing to advise. Also, we greet Joana 🙂

Terrible food! It's clearly geared towards foreigners. There are few activities, and the evening shows are awful. That said, the service is excellent.

We spent four days here for a bachelorette party. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The service was incredible. I've been working in the hotel industry for five years, and what I've seen and experienced here is unlike anything I've ever seen in any of my other jobs, and I've been around a long way. The staff are professional and dedicated to their work. They are an example of camaraderie and friendliness, which I hope never changes. Joana, who energized us from breakfast onwards. María del Mar, you couldn't be nicer; I hope everything goes wonderfully for you in life. Jaime... our favorite! Fallou, Roberto, Valentina. Words can't express how wonderful you all are. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. You are partly responsible for our trip. THANK YOU ❤️

True to our promise from early June, we returned to the Hotel Riwo for a few days of rest. For us, the hotel's main attraction, the reason we chose it as our holiday destination, is the staff. For example, Laura at reception, Sara, Alba, and the wonderful Johanna at the Kiara restaurant, Carmen always on hand from early morning at the buffet grill, Mady and her kindness in helping us take photos to remember our stay, and the Spa staff with their friendliness and courtesy towards my family. For me, the true measure of a successful holiday is the smiles and happiness of my children, and they couldn't be happier with their stay and are already looking forward to returning next year. We are also grateful for the thoughtful gesture they made towards us during one of our meals, as we are returning guests who have chosen the Hotel Riwo as their holiday destination. As I told you then, our gratitude goes to everyone who makes the resort run smoothly, who puts a smile on our faces every day, and who makes us feel right at home on vacation. It's a real pleasure, and we're already counting down the days until June 2027.

We were there for a farewell party and it was a spectacular four days. The service was a 10 out of 10 for everyone: the spa, the restaurant staff, everyone provided top-notch service, especially Jaime, a super competent guy, Fallou, Johana, the super friendly girl at the restaurant entrance, and Valentina, who was lovely. We'll be back, and on the last day, we had a great time with our Roberto, who was a delight. We'll be back.

The hotel is out of the way of the centre but we knew this booking the hotel just didn’t realise that there was nothing close at all if your looking to have a long walk around somewhere after your meal this might not be a place for you but we didn’t mind Rooms are out dated but we literally went in to sleep and get changed so no bother at all but there an animal theme in the hotel would have been amazing if the rooms followed the theme The entertainment was good always something on would have been nice for it to be outside though it was extremely warm in the room and everything else in the hotel is decorated so beautiful the room where the entertainment is held lets it’s down has much potential to be a really amazing room if decorated like the rest of the hotel however entertainment outside was due to start on the 8th of June we just missed it by a few days and it looked really nice big stage The staff what can I say all the staff in the main restaurant were so lovely went above and beyond for me and my family Johanna was very kind with us and with me having an allergy the restaurant accommodated the chefs were so nice to came out to speak to me personally and told me if I wanted anything to eat they would prepare it for me and it was lovely and fresh and they had cakes I could eat they were also amazing with the kids my daughter was so sad to say goodbye and wanted to personally give them all a hug on the day we left just lovely aurora about them. Swimming pool brilliant to for kids especially young babies as it’s soft floor so they can crawl Without hurting themselves and plenty of shady spots to put urself underneath and the entertainment for the kids is was so good I mean kids are happy with whatever but those kids entertainers work so hard and have so much energy! Great with getting the kids involved when they are a bit shy! Beautiful views beach club is good but started to get very busy food was not up to par with the original restaurant and didn’t take allergies as serious as the main one however when I spoke to reception that was quickly resolved efficiently for the allergies but so much fun for little ones it’s a proper kiddie hotel your kids will love it and you will eat well make great memories and when you get home be gutted your back

Large all-inclusive report. With 3 hotels and a large water park. A good location for May/June. What I did notice, however, was that there were a lot of English people during our stay.

Unbeatable hotel next to the Pickleball courts.
