Nice, clean rooms, great location

Excellent service! They were attentive to all our needs and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport! The hotel bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean, and the location was perfect, close to the city center, which made it easy to reach restaurants and shops in just a 10-minute walk. 100% recommended!

The +: Spacious rooms, rooftop terrace is stunning, walking distance to everything. We had great service at the front desk, they were always very friendly and polite, with great suggestions on where to go or eat (Thank you!). The - : Rooms could use better soundproofing, a little more attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping would help (black hairs on the floor when we checked in, not cleaned up in the three days we were there), wifi is so slow

I've stayed at the Brick Palma several times now, and it's clear: I'll be back! The location is simply perfect: close to everything, yet quiet! Everything is easily accessible on foot, and there are some really great cafes and bars nearby that aren't yet overcrowded. Last time we used the underground parking garage, but this time I simply took the airport bus almost to the door. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. In the evenings, the bar is frequented mainly by locals – a great and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very friendly. It's great that there are lockers, and free ones at that! There's also a restroom.
