Apartamentos Sal Rossa

As always 10/10 performance from all at sal rossa!!! Same friendly staff faces,lovely food in the 'nice' resturant by the pool,and rooms cleaned everyday to excellent standard,also nice chilled vibe to the place,i hope to go again next year!!!!

We stayed as a group of three. The rooms were generally clean, as was the case around here. The cleanliness and service were very good. The location was close to everything, and the pool was nice. The hotel is on the beach, so there's nothing to criticize. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

The best accommodation in Ibiza!! The location is absolutely fantastic, situated at the very end of the bustling area, so it isn't noisy at all at night. Plus, the room truly has everything you could possibly need. There are cooking utensils, a microwave, and tableware, and it even has a refrigerator with a freezer. The bedroom and living room are separate, there is a terrace, and the room is really spacious and wonderful!!! If I can come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. The staff was extremely unfriendly. When we needed a fork for our room, it was refused because there were three of us and there should be three forks in the room. The staff never tried to accommodate us. Eating by the pool is not allowed, and the island vibe is not reflected in this hotel, which leads you to spend your entire stay away from the resort. The quality of the food is similar to the service. We got very tough salmon, and it was barely presented. The towels smelled musty, and the room had at least 25 mosquitoes when we arrived. When I asked for ice to enjoy my Coke in my room, four hotel employees refused in a very rude manner. A shame, especially with temperatures nearing 30 degrees Celsius in the shade. All in all, this hotel is a huge tourist trap in a good location. I would never recommend it! It's a shame because it simply doesn't live up to the great vibe of the island.

The place is ideal, with a great location. You can go for the day and enjoy the surroundings and the food. We loved our waiter, Alex. Always attentive and cheerful. Very polite and professional despite being so young. We will definitely be back to eat here. Thank you, Alex.

I only looked at it because I might be going on holiday to Ibiza next time. I loved everything. Great location, clean, nice menu, small pool, and only three steps to the sea.

This is my first time here, and I’m absolutely delighted! Hygiene: 10/10. Food: 10/10. Wi-Fi: 10/10. Towels are changed every day. The location is excellent! I am extremely satisfied!

We loved the hotel, we loved the people. The restaurant is amazing. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel. Everyone treated us well. We've been staying at this hotel for three years. This time I'm not giving it five stars because the situation that occurred was shameful. I went to the pool and, apparently, it was closed. There was no sign indicating this. We were asked to leave and, respectfully, we did. Two minutes later, the pool attendant came to put up the sign, pushed me from behind, and stared at me with an intimidating look. Then came who I assume was the "boss," named Juana, and started pointing her finger at me and talking loudly, saying that we knew it was closed because there was no one in the pool. So, since there was no one around, I'm supposed to assume it's closed? As if I wanted to jump into a pool full of chlorine. A disgraceful attitude towards a customer. They should have a sign. I could have gotten sunburned because of them, and on top of that, the boss pointed her finger at me. Finally, a big thank you to all the lovely staff at the restaurant. We'll be back next year. As for Juana, she needs to learn how to deal with customers, because no one can be in charge.

Recently renovated apartments, rooms with very clean kitchens and minimal equipment (but really minimal). Ridiculous hairdryers. Unfortunately, it's frequented by many young people, so you'll hear loud music and burping all day and night. Nice pool and bar. The staff at check-in and in the rooms were very kind and helpful, unlike an older Spanish bartender we encountered during the morning shift (around 9:00) at the pool area, who clearly hates tourists, especially Italians. Overall, a good facility and not expensive, at least for the end of May. Value for money is good.

We had a room with a sea view. It was absolutely beautiful. Of course, the planes flew overhead, but that didn't bother us. Great pool with a bar, direct access to the beach. Very friendly staff – definitely recommended.

Excellent location for the price, wonderful and very well-prepared breakfast. Room cleaned every day and bed linen changed. Attentive staff, and everything very close to the hotel. Bars, nightclubs, markets and restaurants. We saved a lot on transportation.
