Fabulous room! Living room, huge bathroom. AC worked great! Located near market and historic district. Great courtyard to relax in. It was an old palace which was converted to a hotel

You feel like you are stepping back in time to the days of real luxury as soon as you enter the entrance lounge. We had 3 nights here and enjoyed the lounges, the room with mezzanine bedroom and the courtyard breakfast. We booked the Essence Experience, which gives you access to a separate lounge area outside your room that has complimentary snacks (cheese, savory and sweet), drinks (beer, wine & juice) and coffee. It is a great place to relax in the late afternoon when you want to get out of the heat. Our room had a sofa and chairs, plus an outside terrace that was always sheltered from the full sun. We opted for the breakfast in the package, and it is well worth it. They have a large buffet with all styles of food. You are spoilt for choice, and the best part is that you sit in a courtyard in the cool morning area. The hotel is in a quiet street but is only 5-10 mins from the cathedral or the canal area. Such a great location. We had evening drinks on the terrace, where you get excellent views of the cathedral. I was recommended this hotel by a colleague and now I see why he always stays here. It is not your plain business hotel but a bit of luxurious history.

Beautiful hotel in a spectacular location! If you're a triathlete or cyclist, they won't let you bring your bike into your room for safety reasons 😳. The reception staff were very friendly.

Lovely friendly welcoming hotel in a perfect location for exploring Seville. Spacious, bright, very clean and well maintained with courteous and smiling staff and serving a wonderful breakfast to start your day. Highly recimmended.

A perfect and well-located hotel. You exit the building, turn left, at the end of Calle Castellar, turn left again, and after barely a ten-minute walk, you'll see the cathedral on your right. Walk alongside it, turn left, walk along the front façade, turn right, and you'll find the entrance to the Alcázar. Another five to ten minutes. From the airport to the historic center by taxi, it takes between 30 and 45 minutes. Cost: 30-35 euros. The room, the bedding, the cleanliness, the quiet, the staff, the taxi bookings—everything was perfect. The highlight was breakfast (desayunos) in a shaded and very cool courtyard in the morning. Ah! That coolness, what bliss! There was everything, and everything was delicious. Ah! For us French speakers, who are hopeless at the language, thank goodness for our national education system! While all around you tourists from all over the world speak English, learn a few words of Spanish, because practically no one in shops or restaurants speaks a word of French. (And even less so on the menus). Very important: in bars, which often have little nozzles under their parasols that diffuse a pleasant mist, a draft beer is called "cerveza da baril." With that, even if it's 38 degrees Celsius (100 degrees Fahrenheit), which is a bit unbearable in the sun if you're not used to it, you're saved and you'll be able to cope.

The staff is very helpful, the hotel is clean, and its location is great, reminiscent of charming old buildings. I especially want to thank the reception staff, particularly Maria. The only downside is their breakfast; if you're from the Gulf region, you won't like it at all. It's very limited and unpretentious.

The staff there are really very friendly and attentive, especially Victoria, Maria-Luisa, Alejandro, Antonio and Jairo.

Located just a 15-minute walk from Plaza Des Armas, the terminal for buses to and from the airport. It's also just steps from the cathedral and the beautiful Santa Cruz neighborhood. The rooms are a bit dated, but I believe the bathroom was recently renovated. Both rooms are spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The lobby is stunning and impressive, and the reception is efficient and open 24 hours a day. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, so that's not a special mention. The WiFi connection is excellent (download: 262 Mbps, upload: 236 Mbps).

I spent three nights at this Vincci hotel, and just like with the Vincci Mae in Barcelona, ​​I have nothing but praise for it. My stay was for a meeting with the sales team, and everything went perfectly. Special mention goes to Bonifacio for his support with the meeting room, etc. I'd also like to give a very positive shout-out to Cristobal and his restaurant team for dinner on the hotel terrace—the food was exquisite, and the views were breathtaking.
