Waiting for a refund. They tell me the return hasn't arrived and the only way to contact them is by email. There's no option to call, which slows down and makes communication difficult. They told me they refunded me in a two-word email, but it turns out that's not true. What am I supposed to do? Be left without the item and without my money? And I wanted to exchange it for a different color, and they told me to return it and buy a new one in a different color. No comment.
I received another package today, great products, fast delivery, excellent packaging, top prices (shipping costs are a bit expensive, but I accept that), I love the clothes and am a real fan 🥰🥰🥰

There's no mirror in the fitting room, which forces you to go outside for each item, and I'm very discreet about that. I've been several times, and that system kills my inspiration. They do have a good selection. Good value for money.
