We were given a Smartbox gift card. We made the reservation, they confirmed it, and then they cancelled it. We've called many times, but it's just an answering machine, and they don't even bother to return our calls. That tells you what kind of people work here. We will obviously never go to this hotel again, nor will we recommend it; quite the opposite.
It's a different hotel now. We're fighting to get our money back because we don't know who received it when we booked. The phone number is switched off when you call.
Magnificent. The hotel is very well located, in a typical Spanish village. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very well soundproofed, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend it.
My stay at this charming hotel was exceptional. The rooms are elegant and inviting, and every detail has been carefully considered for comfort. I will definitely return!
We were looking for some peace and quiet. It was really nice, actually.
A lovely, centrally located place to stay. It's close to the beach and the historic center of Villajoyosa. Good facilities and excellent service.
