Unfortunately, the booking was very complicated. I wanted youth rooms and these cannot be booked online. I called the hotel on the weekend and they said there were youth rooms on the desired date but someone would call back as the person did not know how to book these rooms, but no one called back. The next day I called again: again they said there were youth rooms but this person also did not know how to book but he recommended that I book for the rest of the family and then call back the next day. I book for the rest of the family and I call again: now there are no youth rooms? I ask to be contacted by someone responsible as I have now booked for part of the family but those who were supposed to stay in the youth rooms now have no rooms... So far no one has called. But the people I have called have still been nice, so it still gets 2 stars.
Very clean hotel with excellent service and a top-notch spa area
Modern and sleek with an amazing view of the harbor! The Relax space on the 12th floor offers panoramic views as well as saunas, relaxing chairs and other amenities. The location is great with easy walking access to the ferry and the whole downtown area. The only downside I would say is the rooms are pretty small and minimalist on the amenities. But overall a great stay!
