VoQueer (VoGay)

VoQueer is the main LGBTIQ+ association for the canton of Vaud, based in central Lausanne near Rue du Grand-Pont. It was founded in 1996 as VoGay and changed its name to VoQueer in 2024. It offers counselling and support, youth groups, community events and political advocacy, and works with other groups on Pride and awareness campaigns in French-speaking Switzerland. It's mainly a resource for people living in the region, but visitors who need local information or support can contact it. Check voqueer.ch for office hours and the events calendar.
