Awesome experience with friendly staff. If have expected a more varying breakfast but what was on offer was good quality

We used to stay at this hotel frequently and were always very satisfied – the food was excellent and the breakfast buffet superb. Yesterday the room was okay, but unfortunately the concept has changed. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, and the floor, tables, and chairs were visibly dirty. Today I left the room at 10:30 and returned at 4:00 PM, but it hadn't been cleaned. The cleaning lady said, "I'm alone and can't manage it!" Are they cutting corners despite the high room rates?

Very Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Design was unique and simple. Self-serve check in and out process. Service wasn’t superb, but satisfactory enough to get the job done. Very quiet area, walkable by 20-30 min to city. We paid extra for off street parking. Fridge and coffee maker in room was a nice perk.

A lovely, cozy hotel in the city center, yet in a quiet location. We'll be back.

The hotel is fantastic! It's a welcome change from the usual drab, turquoise-blue hotels. There's ample parking, two of which have charging stations. The rooms are spacious and superbly equipped! Very quiet and with perfectly adequate blackout curtains. The Tivoli radio station provides great sound and a cheerful atmosphere. The separate Thai restaurant (also vegan) is simply outstanding! And the homemade Bircher muesli for breakfast makes for the perfect start to the day. I've found a new home away from home in Zurich!

If you want to explore Zurich on foot, by bike, or e-scooter, this hotel is simply ideal. The hotel is a bit unconventional. The rooms are in the courtyard, next to each other, like in a motel. The rooms are stylish and offer everything you need. You can reach Zurich on foot quite quickly. The staff is super friendly. I'll definitely be back. Oh, and parking spaces for cars can be reserved in advance (for a fee, but cheaper than "parking in Zurich" :D).

Unfortunately, the room was not comfortable: it was far too warm and couldn't be properly ventilated because the windows were very small. The room couldn't be darkened either, which significantly disrupted my sleep. The technology in the room also seemed unnecessarily complicated and wasn't explained upon arrival. Overall, the stay was considerably less pleasant than one would expect from a hotel.
