My 1st visit Tuesday, fantastic staff made me feel welcome. Had an amazing time and will be visiting again soon. Very hot in that steam room. Lol

Over all I really like the place, I like the lay out, to my view very clean. the hot tub is nice and big. could be a bit hotter however, I like most of the staff especially the older gentleman he seems nice. however the clients are a bit forceful and back stabbers, they will do things with you and act as if they like you then make up lies behind your back. they make up lies to the staff who believe them when they should check the cameras to learn the truth. yes i have disability's and have been told things but I sorted that out and since then have been better, also i have learning difficulties and the other day one of their clients spoke down to me cos of this which I did not like.

Very nice place, not expensive, clean. But up to cubical glory wholes, tv room is a bit to much ligh. If was a bit darker, would be great

Staff very pleasent and friendly on reception, good facilities, Really needs the heating on was uncomfortable cold in some parts of the building Will be back but maybe when it's a little warmer outside

I would guess it’s under new ownership the place was cold, dirty and no longer doing blue light discount or student discount. One of our towels was taken by mistake leaving us with a dirty wet stained one, rude employee refused to exchange it unless we paid . Poor service, poor standards , we’ve been using this place for years … not anymore

Great place and friendly staff. I just wish the staff had breaks every so often so that they could join in the fun upstairs as some of them are total bears. 😍

Today was my first visit with my partner and friend. It was a last minute decision to come and test the waters. We drove from Market Harborough (35 minutes away). We did look online so knew exactly how much entry would be and that it would be no towel day. I was fine with this whilst the other 2 were a little more apprehensive and reserved at first. Unfortunately upon arriving around 19:30 the area for parking was very busy. My partner and friend got out to ask if the no towel was optional (it was not), which was fine for me. When they came out to let me know that having a towel/swimsuit wasn't an option for a today they decided they wanted to give it a shot because it looked nice and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. When we had managed to find a parking spot we all went in and the staff member on the door was very helpful, friendly and informative. He gave us a little tour of the facilities and what to expect. They provide you with a large towel, small flannel towel, flip flops and a locker key all for the price of entry (£15). This also allows you to stay all day if you wanted (open -close). The facilities are on the darker side compared to your typical type of spa but as a fan of the dark and dingy I felt at home 😅 the facilities could honestly do with some updating in some areas but don't let this deter you as everything was very clean and seeing the staff members very frequently changing bins and cleaning up the different areas was fantastic. Clientele was very mixed in age, size and race which was nice to see. The majority of the clients were exceptionally friendly and said hi or started small talk which was also nice of them, especially as first timers. We never once was made to feel like we were outcasts or unwanted there. It's a shame that this was our first visit and not our millionth. We will definitely be visiting again and more frequently possibly weekly (no towel Tuesdays) for me, but the different days and events they hold caters to a wide variety of people, needs and interests. I would however recommend as a first timer that arriving after 6 on a weekday seems to be a good time as it's not very busy and let's you get used to it before being thrown in the deepend as they say. Multiple people had mentioned it can get rather busy and overcrowded on some days and times. All in all a fantastic place for the LGBT+ community in the Leicestershire area and will look forward to many more visits in the very near future.

My first time going to splash spa was August 2024 when I had just move to Leicester from London my friend from facebook recommended me to go to this spa so I did amazing place environment me being autistic staff very lovely kind helpful and friendly supportive and understanding the people who come to the spa I found different ages and race which is very good and some you can make friends with which is good to socialise with different guys from different age and race I did fancy one guy there but he walked away and feeling a bit heartbroken hopefully it's been a few months since I haven't gone back dues to health reasons but I hope to come back very soon with a speedy recovery and hope to see the guy I feel in love with again at the spa on a Saturday I still think of you until this day hope to come back and we meet regularly there does to health reasons I haven't been back and will have to take care but hope I can become a regular member

It's a good venue, staff are generally sweet, clientèle normally of a good quality on fridays and weekends and it jas a nice big porn cinema. You also get free flip flops to borrow. Jacuzzi is good. Steam room is on the smaller side but doable. Enough cubicles for private fun. Generally friendly atmosphere. Knocking off a star as the upstairs was cold and people were complaining. They need to sort the heating out there. Give it a try.

An hour's drive for a first time visit but well worth it. Entry cost gets you a locker, towel and footwear. Enjoyed hot tub and sauna downstairs and had a variety of fun as both top and bottom upstairs. Will be visiting again to expand my experience as there are rooms and activities waiting to be enjoyed x

First visit ,staff friendly ,facilities dated but steam and sauna hot ,jacuzzi large but not powerful and monitored by CCTV . Upstairs good layout . Asked to leave before published time .
