A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

A disappointing stay at what is supposed to be a five-star hotel. While the location was convenient, the experience fell well below expectations. Only one elevator was working. Our initial room had dirty bedsheets, a very loud AC unit, and broken blackout blinds. After complaining, we were moved, but the blinds still weren't working, and we were told this was a known issue with all the rooms and there was no fix. The staff offered compensation (room service/late checkout), which we appreciated, but we couldn't use it. Overall, basic maintenance and service standards were lacking. Would not stay again or recommend! — A disappointing stay at a supposedly five-star hotel. The location was convenient, but the overall experience was far below expectations. We complained, and they moved us to another room, but the same problem occurred with the blinds not working. They said this was a common problem in all the rooms and there was no fix. The staff tried to compensate us (room service or a late checkout), but it was no use. Overall, the maintenance and service were subpar. We will not be returning and do not recommend it.

I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. There was a staff who is big fat and bold member who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. His behavior was completely unacceptable and honestly quite shocking. We were sitting upstairs and had placed an order, but then decided to cancel it within a minute because we wanted to order something else instead. Despite how quick and reasonable this change was, he refused to take our new order and told us to leave in a very impolite and disrespectful manner. The way we were treated was completely uncalled for. Customer service should never be this poor, and I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hari London and were truly impressed. We spent four nights there just last week and enjoyed every moment. We initially chose the hotel for its location, which is spectacular in the heart of Belgravia and perfect for exploring London. What really made our stay special was the overall experience. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. We can also highly recommend the Italian restaurant. The menu is excellent and the quality of the food is very good. We felt extremely comfortable and well looked after and will definitely return. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Great hotel, great service, and great location! Absolutely loved the front desk staff, they were all extremely warm. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in London!
