Beautiful place!

The place is beautiful, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the food is exquisite. The spa circuit is gorgeous, and Monica's massages are amazing. I would go back a thousand times. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in Vistalba with a splendid view of the Andes. The room was large, spacious, and very clean, ideal for relaxing in the tranquility of the area. The breakfast was very generous, and the option of having eggs freshly prepared to your liking was greatly appreciated. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and throughout the day, it's delightful to see the many birds, especially the parakeets, flying through the trees, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. There are, however, a few small touches that could make a difference in a hotel of this caliber: welcome water in the room would be appreciated, and coffee capsules should be refilled daily, especially if a coffee machine is available. The restaurant menu is also a bit basic and limited in choice. Furthermore, there's no way to properly regulate the room temperature: at night, it was very hot and the air was too dry to sleep comfortably, and the mini fridge is very noisy and could be a nuisance.

A unique and very special place, an excellent experience

This past Saturday, May 16, 2026, my husband and I had the worst spa experience imaginable. We went for a massage and a tour of the sauna, wine tub, and Dutch shower circuit. We started with a massage given by a woman to my husband and a young man to me. They didn't even ask if I preferred a female masseuse. My husband's massage was fine, but mine left much to be desired. She never massaged my neck, head, or back. It's the worst massage I've ever had. After the 50-minute massage, we went to the sauna, which was lukewarm, showing zero concern for providing quality service. While we waited for the sauna to heat up, a woman came into the room to add wine to the jacuzzi tub. Apparently, wine tubs have many beneficial properties for the skin and health; at least, that's the message Villa Mansa Spa uses to attract customers. We were in the tub for about 10 minutes, and when we wanted to finish our circuit in the shower, since our bodies were covered in oils, wine, and sauna sweat, we realized there was no soap or shampoo. Upon noticing this, my husband had to go down to reception in a towel to get some soap. After a 15-minute wait, he went back down, and that's when the manager told him that soap and shampoo weren't included and that she couldn't bring them to us even if we paid extra. And as if it were nothing, she told us not to worry because the "wine" in the jacuzzi was just dye… (clearly using blatant misleading advertising). Our surprise and discomfort were immediate, considering that each massage with a circuit costs approximately $100 USD per person. The service, the response, and the terrible attention were disgraceful. We had a very bad time when it should have been a fantastic experience. I spoke with reception and explained the situation, to which they simply thanked us for letting them know. They showed zero empathy for the terrible experience they put us through. Any place with even a modicum of decency and professionalism would apologize and try to make amends for their mistakes. I hope this review helps prevent people from falling for places that charge exorbitant prices for worthless services. I strongly advise against going to Villa Mansa. The worst spa experience in all of Mendoza. A real shame.

A spectacular place to stay. We stayed in suite 16, which was beautiful. It's in a quiet area, just 15 minutes from many wineries and the Chacras de Coria estate, where there are plenty of places to eat. We flew in and easily used Uber to get around. We enjoyed the hotel's spa, which was excellent and reasonably priced. The breakfast and service were outstanding. We would definitely return. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Villa Mansa is the ideal place to rest and relax; it's a beautiful place. The rooms are wonderful, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place; I loved it.

The place is beautiful. They have two lovely dogs, Aquiles and Alexia. Javier and the chef provided excellent service. The downside was that on our first day, after a long trip, we had lunch and were served by a woman who was completely unenthusiastic. She's usually the same woman who works breakfast. We ordered breaded cutlets, and not only were they raw, but they were also drenched in oil. The next day at breakfast, she didn't replenish what ran out, but she was constantly on her phone. She's an employee they should keep an eye on. The difference was noticeable one day when the chef was covering for her; he was attentive to everything and even turned on the dining room lights for us. Javier was excellent!

Everything was beautiful and the restaurant was delicious, service 10/10.

Great cost/benefit balance. It'll definitely be my choice for my next Mendoza visit!
