Beautiful hotel, it's a shame it doesn't have a kitchen, but it's fine.

Excellent service, spacious and comfortable rooms. They have a wide selection of breakfast options. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Sheila (one of the receptionists) is very kind and welcoming. A beautiful place to enjoy with friends or family.

It's a 3-star hotel, but it feels more like a 4-star. I also want to highlight the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness. The room was spacious, which was the best part. You get complimentary water the first night, but no complimentary toiletries. The glass in the room is the worst thing about it—plastic and reusable; a glass one would have been much better. The breakfast was simple but okay in my opinion. You can leave your luggage during the day (a plus). It's a bit far from the city center, but an Uber takes you 5 minutes. It's 11 minutes from the airport ❤️. We would choose it again if we had to return!

A beautiful hotel. I must highlight the wonderful staff. I had to go to Mendoza for a personal matter, and they helped me with everything and were always very attentive. The breakfast is delicious, and the cleaning service is impeccable. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Mendoza.

Overall, the experience was very good. The breakfast was a bit meager with little variety, and they don't provide soap, a toothbrush holder, lotion, tissues, or anything else in the room. For a 4-star hotel, that's unacceptable, but the room was large. They also give you plastic cups. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, though. The location is quiet, but if you want to be close to amenities, it's better to look for something more central. It's deserted at night.
