It was good, I recommend the hotel, it meets its purpose. I loved the breakfast, the room was small but comfortable, the bathroom could be better, I found it old.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!! It starts with the service, which needs a lot of improvement to even get a zero rating. The reception staff were very unprepared and poorly informed. I'm on my first day of my stay, but I'm already disappointed! I was attended to by a woman who was visibly irritated, and it was the worst service I've ever experienced. The location is good because it's in the city center, making access easy.
I don't recommend it, terrible service, rude people, and nobody knows anything. The room was just so-so.
The hotel has a terrible structure, the service is very bad, and they promised services via messages that were charged additionally at check-in. The staff were very bad, taking an absurd amount of time to do a simple check-in to release the rooms.
The rooms were very clean, despite being old. Comfortable bed, good shower, and a great breakfast!!! 😋
