I loved the hotel, it exceeded all my expectations, not to mention Andréia who welcomed us so well 🥰.
I loved the maid in room 211, second floor, an excellent professional who welcomed us very well. She deserves 1000 stars, may God bless her greatly!!!
The place is good, only the room we stayed in was a bit noisy because of the washing machine, but the beds are very comfortable, there's a TV, the air conditioning works very well, the mini-fridge is great, the reception area is excellent and the leisure area is also very good, only the pool had too much chlorine, the sound system is very good, it's tastefully decorated, and the view is great day and night. In the rooms, the bathroom faucets were a bit faulty, leaking water and without a squeegee.
We would like to express our immense gratitude to Andréia for the warm and caring reception given to our Coruja School. It was a pleasure to be in such a well-organized, pleasant environment, prepared to welcome our students and their families. We congratulate the entire team for their excellent work. The hotel is great, very organized, and offers a structure that provided comfort, security, and special moments for all of us. Our sincere gratitude for the care and attention. ❤️
