I would like to commend Sheila, the reception supervisor. She is an extremely attentive, polite, and helpful professional. Her service was excellent, demonstrating dedication and cordiality at all times. I have nothing to complain about, only to thank her for the exemplary service and congratulate her on the excellent work she does.

For us it was excellent, options for children, all-you-can-eat food and drinks, especially the pizzeria and burger joint.

I would like to commend Letícia Vitória, an employee of Enotel. During our stay, she was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. She always greeted us with a smile and made sure to assist us in the best way possible, making our experience even more pleasant. Professionals like Letícia make all the difference in the quality of service and demonstrate the care and hospitality we expect to find in a hotel.
