Best hotel in the region

The hotel improved a lot. Amazing views.

It's not a 5-star hotel; it barely reaches 4. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the services are acceptable in several aspects. The reception staff are very attentive, but the pool attendants are unresponsive, and everyone has to fetch their own orders. The sauna the hotel claims to have doesn't work properly; it leaks, and on rainy days, the area under the pool floods. The WORST thing about this hotel is the food at the hotel's own restaurant. During our trip, from March 8th to March 15th, 2026, about 10 families staying at the hotel suffered food poisoning. The salads and cold dishes at the hotel buffet were covered in flies every day; I imagine a leak originated there.

Very nice hotel with good accommodations, but I have a few reservations: - I found the pillows too thin. - The pool could be heated more, as it's unusable on colder days. - The rooms have a refrigerator that barely cools anything; it's only good for keeping water or juice cold. If these points were improved, it could be perfect!
