Excellent place to stay, very well located in the Itaim Bíblia neighborhood, but on a street with low traffic. I stayed in room 1005, which is a private room, booked through Booking.com.

Okay. For events, given the good location, there are better value-for-money accommodation options.

We arrived for check-in around 6:30 PM and there was a huge line with only one attendant. We asked if there was anyone else to help with the service and were informed that the other person was out for lunch. We waited about 30 minutes to check in, an extremely long time in my opinion. The room is comfortable, but the shower was leaking, and I felt that a bathrobe was missing for the guests' comfort.

We arrived at the hotel on Friday, May 15th, around 6:10 PM. There was only one attendant, and we waited almost 30 minutes in line to check in! The attendant was very polite and attentive, but he was alone. We stayed in room 206, and at 7 AM, an infernal noise from nearby construction started. A terrible experience!
