Great overnight stay

Highly recommended. The hotel is very welcoming and offers excellent service in a pleasant atmosphere. The facilities are superb, the beds are very comfortable, the room temperature is ideal, and the bathroom is well-equipped. It has a good location in a quiet neighborhood, which is perfect for relaxing. The service is very personalized. The breakfast area is lovely. They gave us great information about tours in the area. We will gladly return.

We only stayed one night at this hotel, right on Christmas Eve, and it met our expectations. Very well decorated, well maintained, impeccable decor and cleanliness. The rooms were very comfortable, with heating and great bathrooms! My only criticism is the access with luggage, as the hotel has many stairs. If the guest has difficulty moving around or if their luggage is large and heavy, they will have serious difficulties accessing the place because there are steps from the entrance. My second criticism concerns the breakfast on the 25th. I understand it's a holiday, but a hotel and its staff have to put up with these kinds of "situations" on holidays and festive dates. There was no one to serve in the kitchen, the variety of items at breakfast was limited, and to top it off, the milk left in the jug was sour. Again, I don't demand VIP service on a holiday, but if I'm at the hotel and I paid for the room, my expectation is that the accommodation will be provided. Congratulations on the hotel's structure, cleanliness, and decor! The hotel's location is EXCELLENT, as it's very close to the city's main attractions and restaurants.

The staff is lovely, but management lacks common sense and prioritizes business over customer service. Stranded in Tierra del Fuego due to a storm, the port authority closed the port and transportation from 5:05 PM to 8:00 AM on December 27, 2025. So, spending an entire night facing the Strait of Magellan with hundreds of tourists, we couldn't return to the Hotel Carpa Manzano as originally planned and paid for. Arriving around noon on December 28, our belongings were outside in a garbage bag because they needed the room for other guests, which we understood. We asked if it would be possible to rest for a few hours in another room, as we had missed our return flight to Santiago and had barely slept. Management offered us a double room at an extra cost, as they believed there was always the possibility of interested guests in the afternoon. Business is business. I hope you actually managed to sell the empty rooms! We won't be returning to your hotel. We do not recommend this hotel where adults and children are turned away.

Overall, a good experience, excellent value for money, recommended for families.

Very quiet Hotel, very well to rest. Room was very clean and confortable. The only inconvenient is that there’s no elevator, if have a heavy luggage you have to use the stairs.

Poor experience considering the price/quality ratio of the room. I found hairs in the bathroom, the bedspread was stained, and the walls were dirty from rubbing. The bathroom wastebasket wasn't clean. All of this was just upon arrival. We'll see how the night and breakfast go.

We spent one night at Carpa Manzano and our stay was okay overall, but there are a few things to be aware of. There is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The rooms are clean, but you can clearly hear noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms, which makes it a bit difficult to rest. At breakfast, the hot water for tea unfortunately had a strong coffee taste, which wasn’t very pleasant. It’s a decent place for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and overall experience.
