Great little place to stay before and after the W-trek. Though we stayed in the cabins on site and not the domes, it wasn't a problem. The cabins have great views. They are spacious enough for 2 ppl, and also would be okay with a family. Maybe a little tight if you have to share with strangers, but we didn't have to. The area was quiet. The attached eating area was great with tons of food provided. Staff were excellent! If you plan to head into town, it's about a 20 minute walk.

Scenic location, excellent staff, and well maintained facilities. I highly recommend staying at Garden Domes. We stayed at their cabins the night before and after our W trek. The views, especially the sunset, from the cabin were incredible. The cabin itself was very spacious, and had 2 separate rooms with a shared bathroom. There was a comfortable living room area, and a small kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also plentiful and catered to dietary restrictions. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the center of Puerto Natales town. However, they had dedicated staff and transportation who drove and picked us up from town. If you’re headed to Puerto Natales, please consider staying at Garden Domes.

For a beginning to our W trek (and the night after we had finished), this was a perfect location to ‘chill’ in the hot tub if you so wished, or with Ricky/Christian etc at a local restaurant. The rooms were lovely & particularly warm & cosy.

This was one of my favorite stays of all time. I didn't feel like I was staying at a hotel but rather at my uncle's cabin for the weekend. Richie went above and beyond with the hospitality he provided us. The included breakfasts were great for our day trips and they even provided vegan food for my friend. All the staff were very kind and friendly as well. The hot tub had a beautiful view of the water and we could see stars as well. Richie also gave us great recommendations for our day trips to Torres del Paine national park. The location was great too as it's a 3 min drive to the city. The cabin was also comfortable and warm. I will be recommending this place to all my friends when they make a trip out to Patagonia. It was a very memorable experience.

We stayed here as part of the ChileTours package along with three days in Torres del Paine. The facilities are by far the best you'll find in Puerto Natales and Richie and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The showers are hot and the beds are big - I can't recommend this enough!
