Within walking distance of the city center. The front desk, right by the entrance, is staffed 24 hours a day. The bed is rather narrow. There's a small safe in the built-in shelf. 😂 There are plenty of TV channels available. WiFi is available. The space between the toilet and the wall when sitting is narrow. The bathroom only has a shower. There's a delay between turning the tap and the hot water coming out, so be careful not to turn it too much. A hairdryer is provided. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. There's a kettle in the room, but I found water still inside. I was too scared to use it. The only good thing was the USB port next to the bed. The light it emits when plugged in is as bright as an emergency light. Breakfast is on the 3rd floor. It's simple, but there's enough for most people. Coca leaves are also available. Bringing your own water bottle is recommended. The staff are mostly Spanish-speaking but friendly.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Plaza de Armas. It has private parking. Our room was spacious and clean, but very noisy because it was on a busy street. The breakfast was good.

Excellent location in the historic city center. The rooms, and especially the beds, are very small. The bathroom is also extremely cramped. Breakfast is just adequate.

Basic and small, but clean rooms. Friendly staff, and accommodating. Excellent location in the historic center of Arequipa, close to good restaurants and coffee shops. Solid choice for the money.

Great hotel with a good location. Our room was perfectly fine for two nights – clean and medium-sized. We had a view of the surrounding mountains. The reception is staffed around the clock, and our day tours picked us up right in front of the hotel. The city center is just a 5-minute walk away. I would stay here again. I can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have it due to early tours we took.
