Save yourself the trouble; it's not a good place to stay. Dirty and uncomfortable, the reception area smelled like weed, and they overcharge you for drinks.

A truly delightful stay at Peruvians House Hotel! The location is perfect, right across from a splendid park, in a quiet and safe area, yet close to all amenities and the airport. The reception is run by two wonderful young people, always attentive, friendly, and smiling. From the first moment you arrive, you feel comfortable and well looked after. A place I highly recommend for enjoying Lima in complete peace and quiet!

Terrible service from the staff, zero friendliness; it's a motel, not a hotel. The breakfast is NOT what they advertise on TikTok as American-style—false advertising. They change the locks without warning, the rooms are completely unclean, and there's no concern for the trash. The bathroom door is awful because it doesn't close, and the towels reek of fried food. The cleanliness was appalling; there was candy wrapper under the bed. They tried to withhold our ID, they didn't know we had a reservation, and they kept us waiting for far too long. They don't explain any breakfast protocols, tray collection procedures, or cleaning procedures. The area is known to be bad because of the surrounding favelas.

Everything was awful. The service from the two guys at the entrance was terrible—no attention whatsoever. They didn't even know about our reservation and tried to keep my ID. The location was terrible, far from everything, like a favela. Furthermore, they didn't clean our room in four nights, the breakfast was meager, and to top it all off, they changed the lock without warning. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.

Great price, clean and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we don’t speak Spanish, we were able to communicate with the staff with the help of Google Translator. We had two large suitcases, they helped to carry the luggage upstairs at check-in and downstairs at checkout. We stayed for several nights due to flight problems.

That place is trash, I don't recommend going there.
