Visitors praise the hotel's excellent and attentive staff, with many highlighting their helpfulness and friendliness, and appreciate the good value for the price. However, some guests found the rooms to be old, with one mentioning a bad smell from the bed, and another felt the staff discriminated based on dress.

I wouldn't return to this place. The staff discriminates based on how you're dressed, looking you up and down, which leaves a bad impression. They should hire more qualified staff. Very bad experience.
I didn't like it, the bed smelled bad, and the service was very expensive.
The staff is very helpful, trustworthy & friendly! Every morning, this is an absolutely delicious 😋 spread of food! They will even pack you a breakfast on the go if you have excursions to get to in the early morning. Although, breakfast is ready by 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. do plenty of time have a food meal before your activities. The room is clean & comfortable, including the bed!! I highly recommend staying here because it is such a great value for what you get!!
They value cleanliness. Attentive staff.
