Good afternoon. The place needs modernizing. The rooms are very old.
I found it to be an excellent option for accommodation in Miraflores, with a great location. The facilities are well-maintained. The staff was attentive, as was the buffet breakfast; I would only recommend improving the packed breakfast they provide for tours.
The room lacked amenities such as a mini-fridge and drawers, and the sink drain wasn't working. The staff was very helpful, but inflexible regarding early check-in and late check-out. They didn't take into account guests' schedules and flight times. The location is excellent; you can walk to attractive areas of Miraflores, and the neighborhood is very safe at night.

The staff are great, breakfast is good, but I missed having ice for the juice and also sweeteners. Great location, but urgently needs a renovation! Old and bad outlets, no towel rack or shampoo and conditioner holder. No mini-fridge, no air conditioning, just a floor fan. Not even a hair dryer! It's mediocre to bad. I wouldn't stay there again and I'm going to complain to the travel agency.
