Had a great time at the Loft with Andrea as our server. She was very attentive, and took the time to answer all questions. Would go back and request her as our server again!

Great experience staying at this hotel! Love that they have a safe and give out slippers.

My hotel room was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Regarding breakfast, the staff, especially Ms. Deena, provided a great service.

June 13: Breakfast was pleasant, and Deena made the experience smooth and welcoming and another staff who can read cues assisted us (with my toddler) on finding the ladies washroom. Ladies at the restaurant are great! Rooms are great just unfortunate that our room are beside the elevator so we constantly hear the up and down sound, also i find the elevator so slow esp on peak hours.
