Best Western Laval-Montreal

Great service from the front staff, especially Ian and Khushal. The breakfast was a nice touch. It does have a small swimming pool and small gym, but we did not use it Comfortable rooms and clean.

A lovely experience that I’m happy to recommend.

Airless

Great convenient location near Carrefour Multisports, Costco and the Carrefour mall. Nice hot breakfast with waffles, french toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt and cereal. We have stayed here 3 years in a row and it's great value for our family. Clean rooms

My family and I have been coming to this Best Western for 3 years now and each year has been amazing. The rooms were always clean and very comfortable to stay in. The service has been wonderful. Even if you cannot speak French. The people are accommodating and the majority also speak English. The breakfast has always been wonderful. Each day is different with what they serve. I. E. Scrambled Eggs and bacon are served Mondays. Cheese and western omelettes along with breakfast sausages are served Tuesdays etc. the food is always fresh. Especially the bagels and croissants. The location is very decent. You would be 10 minutes away from most attractions around Laval. Montreal would be roughly half hour to make it to. Overall, my family and I have fantastic experiences at this Best Western and will continue to come to this location. Keep up the great work, everyone.

Great place to stay. Close to the airport. Great breakfast area. Friendly front end staff.

The rooms are very, very clean with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast is included, as well as a gym and room service. I love the selection of soaps and lotions! The pool is quite large and clean too. The spas are cool. Spread over several floors, we found a lounge bar offering a very quiet place with two regular tables if needed! The decor is well done with all the plants around. Really comfortable! Great service! I highly recommend it! 100%!

I won't be sleeping there again. The hotel has a large central room with a lot of echo, and many of the rooms open onto it. The pool and breakfast area are located in this room, so there's a lot of movement and talking. As a result, the rooms are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear everything from your room. We heard children shouting in our room throughout our entire stay, and I don't blame the children, but rather the way the hotel is laid out. However, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the room was clean, albeit damp. But we were woken up early by the noise.
