Stereo Nightclub

First time to Stereo visiting from London for Saturday night. Everything was great... security was nice enough and explained the club rules. The no phones/video/photos was great. Sound system is amazing and the club lived up to it's legendary status. Hopefully I'll get the chance to come back.

Staff was incredibly disrespectful, I was wanting to leave and asked for the gum they took from me back (prescribed nicotine gum because I'm trying to quit) and they kept ignoring me or telling me off. When I tried to approach where my gum was just to see where it was, the bouncer grabbed my arm and they kicked me out. I didn't even step foot in the restricted area. I was having a full-blown panic attack and the staff was yelling to everyone who would hear about how I'm barred for the night, even following me all the way outside while pushing my back and still yelling. I was leaving almost running, crying, hyperventilating, with my friends gone, no money, no phone battery. The bouncer told me I could get my gum back once I left, but refused to give it to me or even look me in the eyes. They kept giving me random gum even though I told them I had a prescribed kind. The other people there seemed cool, just the staff was incredibly rude.

Considered the best nightclub in the world by DJs due its excellent sound system, Stereo attracts world class talent to make the people dance. Techno Trance and House are featured from midnight onwards. Come prepared to Groove 🥵🥳😎

Great evening with excellent sound quality. The atmosphere is really pleasant, in a welcoming and inclusive environment. I highly recommend it for a fantastic night out.

I was fortunate enough to be here for Charlotte de Witte. It was an incredible experience. The sound system was divine. The lights, the floors, the ample seating, the bathroom attendant keeping tabs on everything going on in there... it was all great. The only thing that was a negative was the bartender who literally would not let me buy my $9 water without tipping her. She canceled the transaction when i pressed no tip. If you literally will not provide something unless the customer tips, then please build that into the price. Its insane and I've never seen this behavior anywhere else in the world. Absolutely disgusting behavior and for a such a prestigious club to support this (based on many other reviews from the past touting about the same thing) it is also saddening and shameful.
