Clean, great english pub food, friendly & attentive staff, speedy kitchen, and great parking nearby for electric car charging.

Had a fantastic time! Adam the bartender kept the drinks full all night even in a packed bar with a live band! 10/10 would do again!

The restaurant is no longer dog-friendly, FYI for other dog parents.

Suggested by the Hilton Falls View hotel concierge and loved the food. I heard it was haunted but I wasn't lucky enough to experience anything paranormal other than their food. It was very good.

We stopped by for lunch on June 3rd, and had a very enjoyable experience. I ordered the burger, while my wife chose the shepherd’s pie, and we were both pleased with our meals. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the unique décor gave the restaurant a lot of character.

Had a great one night stay in the Captain's room. The bed was very comfy and the location in NOTL could not be beat. You for sure hear the party in the pub until 1am, but you are also warned about that beforehand. I appreciate the certificate you can get for staying and having a reserved table at the pub!

Olde Angel Inn is definitely a cool place to visit, especially when you consider the history behind it and its reputation as one of the area’s haunted landmarks. The historic atmosphere is easily the biggest draw, and it adds a lot of character to the experience. As for the food, it’s a pretty standard British pub. My wife and I enjoyed our meals, but nothing really blew us away. I had the Fish & Chips, which were decent, while my wife ordered the Fisherman’s Pie and enjoyed it. The fish throughout her dish was cooked well, and overall the food was solid. The menu itself is exactly what you’d expect from a British pub; comforting classics and traditional fare, but nothing particularly unique or revolutionary. The beer selection was a highlight. There are some great options on tap, and we especially enjoyed the Angel Pilsner. We also liked that they offer beer flights, which is always a fun way to sample a few different brews. Unfortunately, the service was a bit underwhelming. Our server was friendly and pleasant, but a little slow when it came to clearing dishes and checking in on us. We likely would have ordered another round or two if there had been a bit more attention paid to the table. Overall, the history, atmosphere, and beer are the main reasons to visit. The drinks were well made, and the building itself has an interesting history that adds to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The risotto was very bland and lacked flavor, while the mac and cheese was overwhelmingly saucy and heavy. Overall, the meal left us feeling bloated rather than satisfied. I'd return for drinks and the ambiance, but not for the food.
