Great place, getting an amazing line up of concerts! I’ve already seen seven artists there and it hasn’t even been a year yet! Atmosphere is awesome! Great servers! My favourite server is Jo-Ann! Always a great person to have a quick conversation with and she’s fast at getting my drink! Highly recommended!!

Adel always greets guests with a warm smile. This server brings a wonderful energy to the lively casino floor. Their prompt service made our gaming experience memorable.

I really enjoy my weekly stays at the Hard Rock. Exceptional service, great food and profesionnal/respectful staff. I have the best host (Michael) and server (Adel). Many others deserve praise...staff at the council oak bar, constant grind and hotel. I really do feel like a valued guest when walking through the doors.

Today was my first time here at the casino after the reopening. It looks awesome so clean and new. Great drinks and service here also. Jo-Ann was very welcoming and friendly thank you for the amazing service! Will be back for sure

We just came over after spending 2 nights at Hard Rock Ottawa. We had a wonderful dinner at Council Oak Steak House, with great service from Sam. It is always wonderful to see smiling faces and warm greetings from the beverage servers, Jo-Ann consistently is a super star in my books. Willing to go that extra mile. Thank You Jo-Ann!
