Wascana Park

Beautiful waterfront path. Great park space. Well kept and thought out. Lots of great nodes for different activities.

Citizens of Regina are so fortunate to have this park available to them for their use. Beautiful biking and walking paths offering amazing views and places to sit and contemplate.

Wacana has various things and places you can go to, like the museum, the Science Centre, Conexus Arts Centre, the Legislative Building, the TC Douglas Building. Great place of family gatherings. My daughter got married at Wascana Place and had their pictures taken in the park.

the city seems to think that putting up buildings in the park space, making the park smaller and crowded with buildings that don't fit with the landscape and takes away parking for the park is appropriate. They will live to regret this decision, the decision is based on greed and corruption (making deals with businesses to weed their way into the park in exchange for loans etc). Shame on the city.

Gorgeous views, wide pathways and very easy walking trail. Lovely restaurant along the way. The water is stagnant and smells in some places. Great for walking and jogging. Tons of Canada geese.

Easy to navigate and located just next to the legislative building. Lots of walking trails surrounding the lake. Pretty gardens with beautiful views. A great way to spend an afternoon.

I love this park, and go everyday either with my car or walk during the warmer season, It is a beauty of Regina anyways, gardening in front of legislative building is awesome Canada geese are lovely to watch and lots of sceneries for photographers.The lake needs more attention from the City, it is becoming more smelly and dirty each year and attract more bugs during the summer time.

No matter if it’s -30 or +30 outside, it’s an easy walk that is very well kept by the city and never too busy.

It is absolutely beautiful in the summer. It is well taken care of, lots of flowers and geese. People are walking, biking and rollerblading.

Wascana Park is large and beautiful. The Saskatchewan Legislative Building is located within the park. Wascana Lake is man-made. There are all kinds of activities and events for people to enjoy throughout the year in Wascana Park. There is a marina, restaurant, bike paths, outdoor swimming pool, and so much more.
