Nice property

The hotel was amazing and all the staff are amazing. I highly recommend to go here for the afternoon tea.

Great property. The only thing missing is a proper pool and saunas. Great views of Ontario from the 17th floor restaurant.

We enjoyed everything about this property. To put it simply, the room pleasant with a modern touch, we enjoyed our visits and meals at Joni, and the proximity to Yorkville was great. With that said, the most pleasant and important experience was with the staff! Every member from every department we came in contact with was friendly, polite and welcoming and helpful to the enth degree! It was a wonderful stay!

Update 2: Customer service has lied to me multiple times on resolutions to this matter. I have also seen on other reviews here that other people prepaying through the Amex FHR program have been overcharged “accidentally” as well for their prepaid booking. I will be contacting a lawyer to see what options are. I will also be contacting Amex to petition for their removal from the program. Please leave a reply here if you’d like to be included with any of this. ***************************************** Update: I have not heard back from my email to property reviews that was sent immediately after being requested, but I did finally receive an email back from my initial customer service inquiry stating that they considered the matter closed. Unbelievable that this is even considered remotely acceptable. ***************************** I stayed here recently. The stay was great, the billing and customer service from Hyatt has been awful. Overbilled with no invoice, called and was told it was an error and would immediately be refunded. Then 3 days later with no refund I tried contacting customer service and was given a case number with no reply. Then contacted customer service via their webpage and was told they couldn’t help me and I have to call another number. I really expected better.

Great stay at Park Hyatt Toronto! The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff provide truly exceptional service. A top choice for a luxury stay in Toronto.
