Hodelpa Garden Court

Just visited for use of pool and food and drinks day pass

I was flying out of Santiago on an early flight and decided to stay one night at Hodelpa Garden Court. I decided on this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. I was happy to learn they offered airport shuttle when I checked in. That made my stay even more stress free. When we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. The gentlemen at the front desk was very professional and even upgraded me to a double bed to accomodate my mom. My mom and I sat at the bar. She had a coffee and I tried the Strawberry and Watermelon Margaritas, both were very good. Also ordered a chicken fajita, it was well presented and delicious. Due to our early flight we were not able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but based on what we were able to experience, I am sure it was just as great. The hotel is not big but its very cozy. There are no complaints in regard to the hospitality and cleanliness. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Magnificent Vacation I stayed at this wonderful hotel from June 10th to 13th, 2026, and from the moment we arrived, we received exceptional service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay very enjoyable. The pool area is beautiful and kept impeccably clean at all times. The room was very comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant, with a wide variety of dishes and excellent quality. My family and I were able to rest very well and enjoy an unforgettable vacation in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. We would especially like to highlight the attention of the manager, Eliana Boitel, who was very kind, attentive, and professional. The excellent work she and her entire team do to provide a top-quality experience is evident. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommended!

Good Morning, I just wanted to share my experience with this hotel. First time arriving was great excited, because I stayed at this hotel previously. When I first got to my room about to take a shower I notice a cockroach in the corner. Gave me the sensation what else is here... besides that incident. I notice when your traveling solo there are some challenges in any hotel your going to stay. For the most part as a solo traveler at this hotel i didnt feel out place or so i thought. However when they had the karaoke event at night July 2nd I ordered 2 mojitos felt the vibe and everything. Was happy and wanted someone to take my order. I tried getting the attention of the waitress or the gentlemen hosting the event. I felt out of place because I was seeing groups being take care of. Families being take care of beautiful thing to watch. What I notice I spoke the language wasn't my first time staying here, love the karaoke event but for 20 minutes nobody checked up on me. If I wanted a drink how I am feeling how long would i have to wait. As a solo traveler you have to take the hiccups that comes from traveling alone but that moment stayed with me till today's checkout. Apart from these 2 incidents I enjoy the morning breakfast the staff all attentive. They have computers incase of business. Stunning pool wow. Try the hodelpa burger!!! To die for. Excellent service, very attentive staff, especially the hotel manager, reception staff, and the restaurant assistant. Congratulations on their assistance to a family member who visited me at the hotel; she became ill, and they facilitated everything to get her to the emergency room.
