Excellent hotel near everything only complaint were the pillows which were extremely hard...included breakfast was very good...next trip will bring my own pillows...lol.

Location ideal. From desk super friendly and helpful. Easy parking. All the pretty areas are walking distance.So you can just leave your car there and enjoy the scenery and restaurants. Family and pet friendly. They offered us the best rates on over the phone reservation and very flexible too. Great breakfast included on a gorgeous historic restaurant across the street. We will be coming back as soon as we get a chance!

The reception staff is very helpful, the cleaning service is flexible, and the central location is perfect. However, there are a few things to mention. The good: excellent service and attention. The air conditioning is excellent. The room is adequate, and the included breakfast is delicious. The bad: the pillows are tiny and uncomfortable. The room cleaning isn't very good. I stayed four nights, and a small clump of hair in the shower was never removed. The amenities seem insufficient: there's a coffee maker with coffee supplies in the room, but they only provide a bottle of water on arrival.

Rooms weren’t the best, but it’s Mexico. Was perfectly fine for me. The location is awesome. Great staff. The included breakfast was good too. Probably one of the better free breakfasts around. Will stay there again if I’m going to Ensenada.

Great location, but it fell short in many essential areas. The coffee maker was replaced twice and never worked, there was no air conditioner (though I know that's a personal preference), and the shower handle was loose and the water flow wasn't good.

No hot water for shower. Stayed here 1 night . Hotel was cleanish..possible mold in bathroom, tv didn't work, electric outlets worked, toilet made noises of flushing all night. Lots of things breaking down in room. The iron burned my shirt. I would not recommend staying here if you value a decent stay. Spoke to hotel mgmt and theyre response was nonsense. They claimed they turned down the hot water!! No they turned it off and when I left. They're turning back on. I didnt shower at all unfortunately. Asked for reimbursement and they refused. Be warned if you're staying here

Excellent place to relax. Clean, spacious room and a very comfortable mattress; it really helps you sleep, you won't want to get out of bed. Prime location.
