Excellent place

Excellent experience at this hotel! The service was great, and I got a ghostly scare in the bathroom, so it was amazing! 👻 Incredible facilities; it's like being in an old Mexican horror movie! I loved it! 👻❤

The lights in the hotel hallways didn't work, the elevator broke down daily. The rooms were in poor condition, and the buffet was ugly and expensive. The amenities were only provided once.

When I went they were building and there was a lot of dust and the reception area was dirty.

An excellent place for the price; there's no better location to stay while sightseeing in Guadalajara.
