My first gay bar in centro. Had a lot of fun and drinks are cheaper than BLOW and Kinky Bar in zona rosa. Lots of pop music which I loved and drag shows. Definitely would come back here!

I've been going to Marrakech Salón for over 10 years, and it's still one of my favorite spots in Mexico City. It's one of those places that feels like home: it always welcomes you with good vibes, no matter how you arrive. I've seen the place evolve without losing its essence: the inclusive atmosphere, the varied music (cumbia, pop, electronic, and even salsa when it gets going), the shows, and that unique energy you only find here. I've gone at night with friends, for birthdays, on special occasions, and even during the week when I want to have a nice drink and chat. The drinks are still well-made and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, and they practically greet me by name. The kitschy and colorful decor never goes out of style, and the place is always clean despite how crowded it gets. It's authentic, unpretentious, and has its own unique character. In a Historic Center full of places trying to be "trendy," Marrakech stays true to itself, and that's why I keep coming back again and again. If you're looking for a place with soul, fun, and community, this is it. Highly recommended, I go there all the time. 🌈✨
