Visiting Blanco Colima is like treating yourself to a moment of sophisticated calm. Located in a majestic Porfirian-era mansion on Colima Street, the restaurant immediately stands out for its luminous interiors, high ceilings with delicate moldings, and period architecture in white tones that conveys pure elegance without feeling pretentious. For the main course, options like creamy seafood rice or the grilled catch of the day offer smooth textures and a balanced flavor that doesn't overwhelm.
A must do when you are in Roma Norte. We had this place marked way before we even arrived in the city. It did not disappoint in any way. We were treated like we were VIP the whole time. Our server Jorge was INCREDIBLE. Armando, the manager came over and had a great conversation with our group of 4 and took us on a little tour of the place after we were done. THIS PLACE IS A MUST DO. The whole place had a really nice vibe whether you're dining inside or on the terrace viewing the street life. You will not be disappointed.
