מוטל קריסטל

Motel Cristal is a short-stay motel located on Boulevard San Luis, off Federal Highway 57, in the municipality of Villa de Pozos, within the San Luis Potosí Metropolitan Area. The facilities are basic and offer all the expected amenities: a garage with an automatic gate, motion-sensor lights on the stairs, a small table for drinks or food, a shower with hot water, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, etc. The beds, pillows, and linens aren't the most comfortable or highest quality, but they're adequate and clean. They also have an additional single bed in the room besides the king-size bed, in case you're staying overnight. The location is on a main thoroughfare in the city, but it is somewhat out of the way. The best part is the price: 400 pesos for eight hours in a standard room. Good.

The worst place I've ever stayed... I don't know if they don't have a remote for the air conditioning, if they hide it so you can't turn it on, or if it's simply broken, but the worst part is that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no tissues, nothing, no internet on the TV, and the phone line was dead (I intended to call reception to ask for a room change, but nothing). First and last time. (It was in the last room right before checkout).

Terrible experience. Upon arrival, when we filled the jacuzzi, no hot water came out. We went into the bathroom and it was filthy. I called reception and they just said they would check it. You can't play anything you like on the screen they have there. Before, you could play something on YouTube, but when the song finishes, it takes you back to their default channel with awful music. And don't even get me started on the bed 😵‍💫 It creaked horribly. They desperately need attention and to renovate their facilities; they're stuck in the 90s.
