Hotel Bardo

Hotel Bardo is an adults-only design hotel in the Río streets on the west side of Tulum town, built as villas with private plunge pools around a jungle garden, with a restaurant and bar. Gay travel guides keep naming it as the adults-only pick in town; it is a mainstream hotel, not a gay one. Google rates it 4.5 from about 480 reviews. It is quiet at night and roughly 10 to 12 minutes on foot from Avenida Tulum; the beach is a taxi or bike ride away.
