Accommodation for 2 nights. Contacting them by phone was very easy despite my limited English. I was met by taxi when I got off the ferry after 9 pm. Since we hadn't had dinner, we were offered a delicious sandwich, and breakfast was also very good. The room for two was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, with a lovely shower room and a small dining area. The common room was very large with a terrace overlooking the bay. Taxi service available upon request. Thank you for the warm welcome!
Impossible to get refund while in accordance with the cancellation policy!…. Terrible expérience.
This establishment is ripping off its customers. I had made a reservation but cancelled it because a friend who lives on the island told me it was a dangerous place (Castries) for a woman traveling alone. I cancelled my reservation, and during the cancellation process, it stated that I would be charged for the first night. Imagine my surprise when I saw that they had charged me for the entire stay! When I contacted them, they acted in bad faith and refused to refund the inflated charges. This is simply an unreliable establishment that rips off its customers.
Beautiful view of Castries and the ferry port. A very family-run hotel with James as a very helpful host. Very clean room with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We highly recommend this hotel. The ferry port is just a short walk away. Thank you, James!
Good Position at the hill, with great view over the bay. Walking distance to town. Rooms are clean, but more like a very good hostel. A bit pricey for that.... The host (James) very nice and helpful. I would come again, if in town.
