Every thing from the accommodations to the Food was the best of the best the gambling was enjoyable and I even got my name on the monitor in the casino great BUT The security or lack of security on the parking decks is very very bad for anyone that calls for security. personal experience on Jan 2 from 4 pm until 8 pm i waited for security to return my phone call. they never did and I left at 8 pm I was stuck on the 6 level with a dead battery i wanted security to provide light for me to coast to the first floor of the parking deck where AAA was waiting for me (there truck was too high to get to the 6th floor. any way at 7;30 pm it was dark and with no lights, no power steering and no power brakes i coasted my acura SUV to the first floor of the parking deck. I am still very upset because it is the 13th of Jan. and I still have not received a phone call from security I called them 18 times on Jan. 2 asking for a return phone call. at 4 different tel numbers and 2 other numbers that I was disconnected from. I am more upset that on Dec. 31 when I arrived and traffic was very slow in the parking garages there were 3 yes 3 security at each level directing people to go where some did not want to go!! At 7;30 to 8:00 pm on Jan 2 there was very much traffic and no security to be found!!! I will be in tonight or tomorrow to try to track down the person or persons responsible for such a breach in the system and causing a dangerous situation, my wife was mortified as we went down the ramps of the parking garages almost out of control!!!! cannot wait until I am face to face with whom ever takes the blame for such an incredible mismanagement of a resource that is of the utmost importance to every person at the cisano. Great Destination in middle of know where. Chop house A+. Will and Danna’s service is always so appreciated. Bathrooms very clean. Coil bar fun and great service from Danny while there. Comp’s here are outstanding. Dylan our host is amazing with VIP care we were missing in AC. We will continue to return. RT

My best friend and I stayed for two comp nights. Chip checked us in. He is great! We had him last time also. He is so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Always has a smile to share. I have a new host named Jaden. He went above and beyond and came to meet us in person at Chop House. It was such a pleasure to meet a young man in his twenties who was so gracious and excited to make our two days fun and pleasurable. After dinner he came and meet us at our slot machine to make sure we enjoyed our dinner, which we most certainly did. I had a delicious wedge salad, New York Strip cooked to perfection along with Brussel sprouts which I loved. My birthday is next week so we split the chocolate cake. It was fabulous! We had fun at the machines but had no luck! They were very thight!!! Not a hit to be had. Hoping we have better luck next time. I wish they had more attendants roaming the casino floor at all times, and around the hotel especially late at night. Allin all we had fun. Just wish I could hit a little something one of these times. It does get a little disheartening. I miss the days when they gave random free slot play ever hour or so. That was exciting. Hearing that looped “Jackpot” when someone hits gets old after two days of not a nibble. Happy for them, but ugh for us.
